Subscription

Box Run pricing:

  • Setup fee — AED 99 one-time when you subscribe.
  • Free trial — 30 days free, no monthly subscription charge during trial.
  • Monthly subscription — AED 29 per month after the free trial.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your merchant dashboard. The one-time AED 99 setup fee is non-refundable once your store setup is complete. If you cancel during or after the free trial, access continues until the end of the current paid period where applicable.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge), contact us promptly and we will work with you and our payment processor (Stripe) to resolve the issue.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us promptly. We will work with you and our payment processor (Stripe) to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable card network and consumer protection standards.
