Box Run offers three subscription plans:
Monthly Plan: You may cancel at any time from your merchant dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of the month already paid.
6 Month and Yearly Plans: These are one-time payments for a fixed period. If you cancel before the period ends, you will retain access until the end of the paid period; no refunds are provided for the unused portion of 6-month or yearly plans.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge or wrong plan), contact us promptly and we will work with you and our payment processor (Stripe) to resolve the issue.
